Help Desk Support


TAM Retail is dedicated to providing you with ongoing technical support. We are working very hard to provide you with intuitive retail solutions. Additionally, we try to provide superior online documentation and training programs to enable you to work independently during your day-to-day operations. However, should you find yourself with a technical question that you cannot answer with the provided tools, please contact our Help Desk. All of our support personnel are eager to answer any questions that you may have.

The Process

During business hours, a human dispatcher attempts to answer every incoming call. In the event that the dispatcher is with another customer, you have the option to leave a voicemail and never have to wait in a queue.

For emergency after-hours support, call the TAM Help Desk, Press 1 for Emergency support and you will be placed on hold until our on-call representative answers your call. After hours support is limited to TAM emergency issues such as complete software failure, cash register software failure, or software failure during a physical inventory. Additionally, eTAM web sites failures are covered under our emergency policy.

Non-emergency after-hours messages can be left in the non-emergency voicemail. Follow the appropriate prompts to leave your message. Non-emergency issues can also be reported after hours via fax or email.

Required Information

When leaving an emergency message, be sure to include your name, your company name, your serial number, and (most important) a complete phone number including your area code.  The Help Desk Representative will not be able to call you back unless you leave a complete and audible phone number in your message.

Hours of Operation

Our Help Desk is staffed from 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Central Time for standard and emergency questions and issues.

24/7/365 after-hours TAM Help Desk via pager.

Important! Depending upon the options purchased or the nature of the need, there may be additional costs associated with our support programs.

The TAM Help Desk recognizes all national holidays!
