What is not covered by the free TAM support? Questions and issues not related directly to TAM software. Examples include: Usage, configuration, problems with hardware, peripherals, networks, operating systems, backups or third-party software. Also, TAM program errors or data correction due to user error or system reconfiguration is not covered.
