Please check that you are running TAM Version 11.8.40 or greater. Check this by logging into TAM Office, click System Utilities and then Setup. Please select “About The Assistant Manager”.
The current version will be displayed.
If you are not running the proper version, the required upgrade is available on this website.
Click on the Product Download Menu and the Login page will be displayed. Type in your TAM Serial Number and Password. If you do not know your password, please call the TAM Help Desk at 866-435-7826. Please download the 11.8.40 upgrade and its respective instructions. Once you have upgraded to
11.8.40, you may proceed with the Version 12 upgrade.
Important information before you begin the V12 Upgrade:

You will need a Version 12 CD Key. To request your CD Key, please email
v12upgrade@tamb2cc.com or call 866-435-7826.

Please check that you are running SQL Server 2012 or greater. If you are
not running the proper version, please contact your TAM Sales Representative at (888) 843-1476 to purchase the latest SQL
upgrade.

Are you running Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008? If so, they have reached end of life on January 14, 2020. This means that you will no longer get security updates, hotfixes,
or professional support from Microsoft. Our recommendation is to upgrade to Windows 10 or Windows Server 2016 before you upgrade TAM to Version 12.

To download the Version 12 upgrade, click on Product Download. Type in your TAM Serial number and Password. Please download the 12.2.14 upgrade and its respective instructions.
