What’s New in V12

It’s hard to describe how excited we are about the launch of V12. The excitement isn’t just about the value it will bring but also about the advancements we have made to facilitate processes for our partners. Our focus in adding these new features was to make sure that we added them in a way that makes sense to your organization.

You’ll notice enhancements across all modules: CRM, Admissions and Ticketing, Fundraising, Dining, Merchandise POS, Inventory Management, Membership, and Ecommerce. There’s more support for integrated payment processing, and new options for reports and dashboards in TAM Office. We also launched a new module: Wealth Intelligence!

Our focus in adding these new features was to do it in a way that makes sense to organizations in the ways they conduct business.

Once you update to V12 you will find it:

  • Easier to move people through your doors (admissions and events)
  • Easier to keep your customer data complete and clean
  • Easier to collect pledges and campaign donations
  • Easier to increase sales, both in-store and online
